Earlier this month, Nocturne: Art at Night hosted its ninth event. This year’s theme was ‘Motive’ and participating artists were invited to engage with this theme while preparing their pieces and performances. Since the beginning, Nocturne has seen the number of visitors grow by thousands with each festival as more members of the public wander through Halifax and Dartmouth viewing and participating with the artists’ work.
