Our history with etc. Press goes back to 2013. As many of you know, The Watch has always been a print magazine and even though this year we decided to go online for multiple reasons, it was hard for us to let go.
For seven years, they worked with us to create our magazine, helping us provide you with monthly issues. When we received an email on Sept. 16 announcing that they would be closing their doors at the end of October, we had a hard time believing it.
Each editor that had the chance to work with them has a great memory of the team.
They were always patient with our pixelated pictures. Always letting us know if anything could be improved or wasn’t going to look good once printed. They were always ready to answer our questions. Finally, they always helped us make our magazine look as good as possible.
Since etc. has done so much for us, we wanted to thank them with this letter.
We always want to work with local businesses to help our community, but etc. went above and beyond from beginning to end.
For the past seven years, etc. has helped bring in new generations of King’s journalists. While we worked on the stories, they helped us bring something that we could be proud of to our peers, professors, and the community around us.
From all of us at The Watch:
Thank you for everything and for working with us for so long!
We will miss you dearly.
